In Montemerano, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy, there is this enchanting medieval tower with a view of the village, the surrounding hills and as far as the Argentario sea. The tower is spread over three levels distributed as follows: on the ground floor there is a charming entrance/living room with courtesy bathroom, double bedroom with its own bathroom, kitchen with fireplace and access to the 400 m2 garden; on the first floor there is a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom, delightful small terrace with magnificent views; on the second floor, completely to be restored, we find the living area with fireplace, bedroom and bathroom. The three floors of the tower can easily be combined into one apartment. The charm for lovers of history and the resulting atmosphere. The Terme di Saturnia with the golf course are 5 km away, the sea of Argentario 40 minutes away.
HOW TO REACH
Montemerano is part of the municipality of Manciano (Grosseto), about 10km northwest of the province capital. In the splendid hills of the Maremma area, it’s situated between the beautiful landscape and scenic views along state highway SS322 (towards Scansano), at the junction with the SP10 (towards the spa town of Saturnia).
